We’re
Growing Olives, Growing Futures.
Making Tunisia greener and empowering local women in farming.

Our STORY
From Tunisian Roots To Global Aspirations
In the rural heartland of Sfax, where olive trees symbolize resilience and growth, the seed for AxA AgriVenture was planted. Our co-founder, Rabiaa Adalet, a native of Tunisia, drew inspiration from her childhood spent among these groves and the steadfast women farmers in her community.
With the leadership of German co-founder Sven-Axel Krentorz, AxA AgriVenture was founded to blend local tradition with global expertise. The aim is to enrich Tunisia’s agricultural legacy while empowering Tunisian women in farming.
Our MISSION
At AxA AgriVenture, we are more than an olive farm; we are agents of positive change. Committed to combating climate change, our sustainable farming practices make Tunisia greener, one olive tree at a time. We empower rural communities by creating jobs, bolstering local economies, and promoting equality. We ensure fair pay for women farmers, recognizing their crucial role in agriculture and setting a precedent for gender equity in the sector.

From the Founders of AxA AgriVenture
Embracing the timeless cultural heritage of the olive to address prominent topics of our times like sustainability, social responsibility, and a conscious healthy lifestyle. This is what the story of AxA AgriVenture is all about.

Growing up in Tunisia, I saw how olive groves brought people together, providing nourishment and livelihood. Today, we continue this tradition with a focus on sustainability and gender equality, cultivating purpose and belonging, and ensuring every woman in our community feels valued and supported.

Our IMPACT VISION
Fostering Sustainable Agriculture and Empowering Women Farmers in Tunisia’s Rural Areas

Integrating water conservation methods and organic farming practices that respect the earth and its resources.

A key aspect of our sustainable practices is the use of solar energy, harnessing Tunisia’s abundant sunshine to power our operations, thus reducing our carbon footprint.

Alongside, we prioritize soil health management, ensuring that the land remains fertile and productive for generations to come.

We’re starting by bringing jobs to our neighbors, ensuring the fruits of our labor enrich the very community that helps us grow.

Together with local partners, we’re planting the roots of a
cooperative network, aimed at creating a robust agricultural
and economic community.

Recognizing the disparities in pay, we are taking steps to ensure that women’s work is valued equally, aiming to set a new standard in the region.

A safe workplace is a right. Understanding the risks faced by women farmers in Tunisia, we’re actively working to enhance safety measures, reducing the risk of accidents and ensuring a secure workplace.
